We will do our utmost to answer all your questions as soon as humanly possible but please be patient during busy periods. Support is offered around the clock with the bulk of our team based in Victoria, Canada (PST). Please be mindful of potentially slower response times due to time difference. Support covers getting setup, trouble using any features, and bug fixes. Regretfully we cannot provide support for modifications or 3rd party plugins. If you need help with customizations of your theme then you should enlist the help of a third-party developer.

Before asking questions

Before asking questions within the support forums, please be sure that you have read the documentation related to the product you are using. You can find the documentation within these forums or on you member dashboard. The documentation covers installation, usage, and often answers the vast majority of questions.

Scope of Support

We do not offer support for installation, customization or administration of WordPress itself, nor do we provide support for any 3rd party plugins or rectification of issues occurring from using said 3rd party plugins. Support deals with installation of the theme, issues arising from using any of the packaged theme features and of course bug fixes. Please also note that we do not provide customization services.

We try our best to monitor the forums around the clock, however, the bulk of our team are based in Canada. Please be mindful of potentially slower response times due to time difference depending on your time-zone.  The forums will be monitored Monday through Friday and questions will be answered in order received.
