In 2023, Limor Shalel Torres joined EXPERTO. Limor holds an M.A. in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a B.A. in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Limor has more than 25 years of extensive experience in Israel's governmental sector, including staff and budget management at the highest levels of government at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, and the Ministry of Agriculture & Rural Development. In her last position as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Agriculture & Rural Development, Mrs. Shalel promoted international trade policy and regulations in the fields of food, innovation, agriculture, imports, and exports.
Mrs. Shalel is highly skilled in building and implementing operational activities in diverse regulatory environments, specializing in diplomacy and government relations in Israel and abroad, including working relations and contacts with government agencies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in the US, Europe, and Latin America.
